Every purchase from Little Kiddos Music Academy® LLC grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. Teacher Licenses are limited to one licensed classroom and its student capacity. School Licenses are limited to one licensed school or organization and the selected enrollment tier. Family Licenses are limited to a single household. Purchasers may only stream videos and print educator materials for authorized users covered by their specific license. Sharing login credentials, uploading videos, redistributing PDFs, copying lessons into another curriculum, reselling materials, posting downloads on third-party sites, and allowing unlicensed organizations to access content available via purchaser’s license are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of purchaser’s license. All intellectual property of Little Kiddos Music Academy® LLC in and to the content, information and materials provided to purchaser via the limited license remains the exclusive property of Little Kiddos Music Academy® LLC. Violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination of the license without refund and purchaser’s liability for legal remedies.
License Tiers
Teacher License — limited to one licensed teacher/classroom or daycare and its enrolled student capacity.
School License — limited to the licensed school or organization and its purchased enrollment tier.
Family License — for use within one household only.
What’s Permitted
✔ Stream videos for authorized users covered by the purchased license
✔ Print educator materials for authorized users covered by the purchased license
✔ Use materials within the scope of the licensed classroom, school, or household
What’s Not Permitted
✘ Share logins or account credentials
✘ Upload videos or post downloads online
✘ Redistribute PDFs or printable materials outside your license
✘ Copy lessons or content into another curriculum
✘ Resell materials or allow unlicensed organizations to access content
Termination
Violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination of the license without refund, and Little Kiddos Music Academy® LLC may pursue available legal remedies.
