The purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Little Kiddos Music Academy® curriculum materials as described below. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Little Kiddos Music Academy® LLC.
License Tiers
Teacher License — limited to one licensed classroom and its enrolled student capacity.
School License — limited to the licensed school or organization and its purchased enrollment tier.
Family License — for use within one household only.
What’s Permitted
✔ Stream videos for authorized users covered by the purchased license
✔ Print educator materials for authorized users covered by the purchased license
✔ Use materials within the scope of the licensed classroom, school, or household
What’s Not Permitted
✘ Share logins or account credentials
✘ Upload videos or post downloads online
✘ Redistribute PDFs or printable materials outside your license
✘ Copy lessons or content into another curriculum
✘ Resell materials or allow unlicensed organizations to access content
Termination
Violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination of the license without refund, and Little Kiddos Music Academy® LLC may pursue available legal remedies.
